Fall Classes and Bible Studies

I wanted to send out an update on upcoming classes and available studies.

For those who can’t get to these classes or already have a group, you can click here to peruse the Abide in Him studies to see if you might want to do one on your own or with a group of friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

DAYTIME MONDAY CLASS - This class will provide opportunity for outreach as we gather with women in recovery. I hope you’ll be able to join us for lunch and Bible Study as we come alongside these sisters. We need each other! Start date September 16 from 11am to 1pm. We’ll be going through the AIH study of John 15 at Church of the Apostles. You can register here, and pick up your book at the first class. (Times may appear inaccurate as rescheduling may not be reflected.)

EVENING MONDAY CLASS - This will be our usual 6:30 - 8:00 pm class moved to Monday and beginning September 16, studying the same study at the same place as the daytime class. It’s a wonderful group of women if you’re looking for a group to try out. After the first class, we offer a brown bag time of dinner and fellowship beginning at 5:30. You can register here, and pick up your book at the first class.

CLASS DESCRIPTION - In this seven week verse-by-verse study, we hear vital words from Jesus on His way to the cross. Using an analogy of a grapevine, we learn that there is no greater, purpose-filled living than in relationship with God through Jesus Christ. By obediently laying down our own agendas to pick up His, we are able to rest in His love as we joyfully allow the Vinedresser to attend to us. Prepare to come alive and be transformed as the Savior of the world invites us to true Kingdom living as secure, beloved children!
